class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Zakon o radu<\/h4><p><strong>Narodna skup\u0161tina Republike Srbije<\/strong> je 14. decembra 2017. godine usvojila <strong>Zakon o izmenama i dopunama <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paragraf.rs\/propisi\/zakon_o_radu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zakona o radu<\/a><\/strong>, koji je stupio na snagu 25. decembra 2017. godine.<\/p><h3>Najva\u017enije izmene:<\/h3><ol><li><p><strong>Obaveza prijave na obavezno socijalno osiguranje<\/strong><br \/>Poslodavac je du\u017ean da, na osnovu ugovora o radu ili drugog ugovora zaklju\u010denog u skladu sa Zakonom o radu, podnese jedinstvenu prijavu na obavezno socijalno osiguranje najkasnije pre stupanja zaposlenog ili drugog radno anga\u017eovanog lica na rad.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Evidencija o prekovremenom radu<\/strong><br \/>Poslodavac je obavezan da vodi dnevnu evidenciju o prekovremenom radu zaposlenih.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Upozorenje o otkazu<\/strong><br \/>Upozorenje o otkazu mora biti dostavljeno zaposlenom na na\u010din propisan za dostavljanje re\u0161enja o otkazu ugovora o radu:<\/p><ul><li>Li\u010dno, u prostorijama poslodavca, ili<\/li><li>Na adresu prebivali\u0161ta ili boravi\u0161ta zaposlenog.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>Prekr\u0161ajne odredbe<\/strong><br \/>Izmenjene su odredbe o prekr\u0161ajima, sa slede\u0107im kaznama:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Za poslodavce sa svojstvom pravnog lica:<\/strong> nov\u010dana kazna od 150.000 do 300.000 dinara.<\/li><li><strong>Za preduzetnike:<\/strong> nov\u010dana kazna od 50.000 do 150.000 dinara.<br \/>Prekr\u0161aji obuhvataju:<\/li><li>Nevo\u0111enje dnevne evidencije o prekovremenom radu,<\/li><li>Nedr\u017eanje primerka ugovora o radu ili njegove kopije u skladu sa zakonom,<\/li><li>Neodobravanje kori\u0161\u0107enja pla\u0107enog odsustva,<\/li><li>Nevo\u0111enje mese\u010dne evidencije o zaradi i naknadi zarade.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>Kazne za propu\u0161tanje prijave na socijalno osiguranje<\/strong><br \/>Propu\u0161tanje propisanog roka za podno\u0161enje jedinstvene prijave na obavezno socijalno osiguranje smatra se prekr\u0161ajem:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Za poslodavce sa svojstvom pravnog lica:<\/strong> nov\u010dana kazna od 300.000 do 1.500.000 dinara.<\/li><li><strong>Za fizi\u010dka lica kao
