3. I’m a foreign national – can you help me open a company in Serbia?

Yes. We offer full legal support during property transactions – including title verification, contract drafting, notary coordination, tax obligations and registration in the Land cadaster.

6. What I need to check when buying real estate in Serbia?
When buying real estate in Serbia, it is essential to verify title and ownership in the Land Registry, check for encumbrances (mortgages, liens, disputes), confirm the legal basis of ownership, review building and use permits, ensure the property is free of occupants and debts, and properly regulate payment and transfer in the sale agreement. Legal assistance is strongly recommended to minimize risks and ensure a secure transaction.
7. Can I give you Power of Attorney to act on my behalf?

Yes. Foreign clients can authorize us through a notarized and apostilled PoA. We can assist in drafting the document and instruct on its legalization.

8. What are your fees?

Fees depend on the scope, case value and complexity of the case. Upon initial contact or consultation, we provide a transparent cost estimate.
For court disputes where the value of the claim can be determined, the official Attorney Tariff applies. For legal transactions (contracts and similar), the value of the attorney’s submission may also be applied.
