The amendment to Serbia’s regulation on geographical zones for unmanned aircraft systems changes its application date from 29 October 2026 to 1 March 2027.
Status and dates: the Government adopted the amendment on 8 October 2026. It was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 96/2026 on 9 October 2026. Article 2 provides for entry into force on the day following publication; the regulation’s application date is separately set at 1 March 2027.
